Surface Science Western Director, Mark Biesinger, has been awarded the Institute of Advanced Materials, IAAM Scientist Medal. Mark received this honor for his contributions to materials characterization and presented his work on “Advancing X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) Methodologies for Materials Research” at the 62nd Assembly of Advanced Materials Congress held in Stockholm in October.
The IAAM Scientist Medal is an illustrious honour that the International Association of Advanced Materials presents to distinguished researchers and scientists to recognize their distinct contributions to the sphere of Materials Science, Engineering and Technology.
